Review: Bedsure Foldable Human Dog Bed was always going to be a 5-star review
Why I became an Amazon and Impact Marketing affiliate
Every blue moon, as an Amazon Affiliate, I come across a product that I really want to buy. It’s the kind of item I keep staring at. Bedsure Foldable Human Dog Bed is one of those items. I kept telling myself, “Don’t buy this bed. Just promote it. You already have two couches that you brush, vacuum and shampoo on Sweeper Sundays. Why would you get another one?”
I even tried rationalizing that it would take up too much room during my morning workouts. But the Bedsure dog couch is foldable, and I had plenty of room to do yoga and dance once I moved an end table.
My final internal fight was playing Biggie’s mantra about “never get high on your own supply.” I knew that fight well after eating far too many Girl Scout cookies and buying all the stationery one woman could handle from Olympia Sales Club. Sure, I made sales. But I kept buying more stuff than the customers.

I gave in. I wanted this dog bed! And as I suspected, it’s an absolute hit. I love the bed almost as much as Junee. Check out what happened when I realized this was a lightweight DIY project, Junee’s initial reaction to the human-dog bed and the final results.
Step 1: Cry internal tears when I realized the bed didn’t come fully assembled.

Step 2: Stare aimlessly around the room, re-opening both boxes to figure out where the instructions are.
Step 3: Watch this video and realize this is a completely different bed but the same brand. Cry internal tears again.
Step 4: Look at that piece of cardboard paper I flung across the room to pull out the bed parts. Realize that when I flipped it over, the instructions were on the other side.

Step 5: Junee is wary of this big, low couch in my living room and doesn’t quite know what to do with it.
Step 6: I’m tickled by how small she looks on this huge dog bed.
Step 7: Junee (sorta) gives her final opinion.
Jackie’s here. It’s a two-time hit.

As an Amazon affiliate, I earn a percentage from purchases with my referral links. I know some consumers are choosing to boycott Amazon for its DEI removal. However, after thinking about this thoroughly, I choose to continue promoting intriguing products from small businesses, women-owned businesses and (specifically) Black-owned businesses who still feature their items on Amazon. All five of my Substack publications now include a MINIMUM of one product sold by a Black-owned business. (I have visited the seller’s official site, not just the Amazon Black-owned logo, to verify this.) If you still choose to boycott, I 100% respect that decision.
Shamontiel is a dog lover to her core: 612 completed walks with 99 dogs, eight dog-housesittings and six dog boardings at the time of this publication.
